Productive Meeting with the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs

Chief Terry Richardson recently met with the new Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and his staff, marking a significant step forward in fostering collaboration and progress. The meeting was highly productive, setting the stage to address key priorities for First Nations communities while working on initiatives that benefit all New Brunswickers.

This gathering highlighted the importance of open dialogue and partnership in tackling issues that affect our communities, such as education, healthcare, economic development, and cultural preservation. By aligning priorities and identifying shared goals, we can ensure meaningful progress for First Nations and the broader province.

As Chief Richardson shared, “Now the real work begins.” Through partnership and dedication, these discussions can pave the way for positive change, creating opportunities that strengthen both Indigenous communities and the province as a whole.

Stay tuned for updates as we continue this vital work together! Strength in Unity.
