Appointments may include guidance on nutrition, lifestyle and stress support, herbal remedies, supplements, and prevention-focused wellness planning. Rather than treating symptoms alone, naturopathic care looks at the full picture—digestion, sleep, hormones, stress, and daily habits.
Our visiting naturopath, Josée Metallic, brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through natural, evidence-informed approaches to health. Her work is grounded in respect, cultural understanding, and a deep commitment to Indigenous community wellness.
Appointments are free for community members and available by booking in advance.
