Men’s Group
The group aims to bring men together to discuss the often overlooked and complex topic of what it means to "be a man". Often times, men are told to "man up" which can cause anger, confusion, and distress. During our Mask You Live In activity, we'll explore what we as men choose to show others on a daily basis but also what it is that we're hiding. We'll discuss the pros and cons of wearing these masks and seek ways to better understand just what it can mean to "be a man". No artistic skills are required and the group is a share what you want format.
