Mandala Art Workshop: Nourish Your Creativity and Connection

Join us for a special Mandala Art Workshop led by Jolyane Aubé, a registered Occupational Therapist, and Dr. Alex-Anne Lamoureux, a resident in psychology.

Intent of the Workshop
This workshop is designed to nourish creativity, intuition, and connection with oneself and others. Mandalas, often representing unity, wholeness, and connection, provide a meaningful way to explore art and self-expression. Using large paper, crayons, and oil and soft pastels, participants will create unique and shared mandalas.
