Pabineau First Nation and the city of Bathurst today signed a municipal services agreement for our Vanier Development.  We had a good discussion with outgoing mayor Lee Steven and incoming mayor Kim Chamberlain. They are great folks and we are collectively excited about working collaboratively and in partnership to grow the economy of Northern New Brunswick.
